Takagi Shuzo ✨Jyuyondai ✨Honmaru Hiden Tamagase

"Jyuyondai" is said to be a fantastic sake.
This sake is difficult to obtain and is very rare, and is also sold in our bar.

The reason why it is called a "phantom" sake:
The popularity of Jyuyondai has been so great that demand for the sake has skyrocketed. However, Takagi Shuzo is a traditional sake brewery without a large-scale factory. Perhaps from the standpoint of protecting quality, the company has not yet expanded its production system on a large scale, despite the fact that the popularity of Jyushiyo has been booming for some time.

Given the above, it is difficult to keep up with supply and demand, and the market price has skyrocketed compared to the list price. The small number of bottles in circulation has also made it difficult for the general public to obtain Jyushiyo. Therefore, Jyuyondai has come to be called a "phantom sake," a sake that is a must buy if you can find it in stores.

The special Honjozo "Honmaru Hiden Tamagase" is one of the most representative sake of Jyushidai.

It is made by the Takagi Sake Brewery, and although it is made as a honjozo, it tastes like a ginjo sake itself.

Some people say, "I have never had such a delicious honjozo sake. It is so valuable that some people say, "I have never tasted another honjozo as good as this one.

It has a wonderful aroma and a good balance of sweet and spicy flavors.
