日本茶や日本酒を楽しめる本格メニューが揃っております。旬のドリンクも取り揃えておりますため、いつ訪れても新しい味わいを堪能できます。日本茶は静岡や京都の茶葉を取り寄せ、季節の和菓子とともに提供いたします。日本酒は全国の生原酒を豊富に取り扱っております。唎酒師がご要望に合わせた銘柄を選び、提案いたします。そのほか、白ワインやシャンパンも用意いたしております。

- 上品な香りとまろやかさ 旨味たっぷりの新芽をもまずに製造し柔らかな葉のみを昔ながらの石臼でひき上げた抹茶です。 Elegant aroma and mildness. Matcha is made without straining the tasty sprouts and only the tender leaves are ground on a traditional millstone.

- ほうじ茶極上 Roasted green tea
- 爽やかな香ばしさの中にほのぼの感が特徴。茶葉を焙煎することによって香ばしい香が魅力です。体が温まり、リラックス効果があります。ほうじ茶は刺激が少なく、比較的胃に優しいお茶です。
Characterised by a fresh, fragrant and mildly aromatic taste. The roasting of the tea leaves gives it an attractive savoury aroma. It warms the body and has a relaxing effect. Hojicha is a less stimulating tea and relatively gentle on the stomach.
