ひとつのアンティークの木の人形。
その静かな佇まいに心を動かされ、
「木で何かを作ってみたい」と思ったのが始まりだそうです。
最初に生まれたのは、羊のオブジェ。
あれから、22年が経ちました。
hitsujiの庭では、
木、羊毛、革などの自然素材を使い、
天然や自然由来の塗料を用いて、
やさしく、丁寧に、作品を生み出しています。
時とともに表情を変えていく、
あなたの暮らしに寄り添うひとつになりますように。

The Garden of Hitsuji
— Born from wood, wool, and the warmth of human hands —

When Ms.Touji traveled to France, she came across a small antique wooden doll.
Its quiet presence moved her deeply, and it inspired her to try making something out of wood.
The very first creation was a sheep sculpture.
That was 22 years ago.

At The Garden of Hitsuji, each piece is crafted with care, using natural materials such as wood, wool, and leather,
and finished with natural or plant-based paints.

We hope these pieces, which gently change with time, will become a part of your daily life.
