Characterized by its thick acidity and soft, mellow mouthfeel, this sake expresses the individuality and potential of "Aiyama" and allows you to enjoy the story behind the sake after pouring it into a glass, as well as the various shifts and expansions in flavor as the temperature of the sake changes.
