南アルプスの豊かな自然の中で、薪窯の炎と向き合いながら生み出される器。
土肌のざらりとした質感や、薪の灰が溶け込んで生まれる自然な色の移ろい。
火色や灰被りなど、薪窯焼成ならではの豊かな表情が、まるで自然の風景のように広がります。
土本来の力強さと、洗練された造形美が共存する大橋睦さんの作品。
日々の食卓に寄り添う器をはじめ、茶器や酒器もご紹介いたします。
一つひとつ異なる表情をぜひお楽しみください。

Mutsumi Ohashi Exhibition — essels for Daily Life
November 1–15
Created amid the rich natural surroundings of the Southern Japanese Alps, each piece is shaped through a close dialogue with the flames of the wood-fired kiln.

The subtly rough texture of the clay and the natural gradations of color created as wood ash melts into the surface give each vessel its own unique character.

Flame-kissed hues and natural ash deposits reveal the distinctive beauty of wood-fired ceramics, evoking the ever-changing landscapes of nature.

Mutsumi Ohashi’s works bring together the raw strength of the earth and the refined beauty of thoughtful forms.

Alongside vessels for everyday dining, the exhibition will also feature tea ware and sake ware.

We invite you to discover and enjoy the unique character and expression of each individual piece.
